My gourmet pies are made with rich, quality ingredients and no two are alike. I try to make each pie with care, thought and tons of love. I only make what I would eat and I certainly only make what I like. Always homemade, always from scratch.
(Feel free to ask my opinion, I definitely have my favorites. Ssshhh!)
9" GOURMET PIES -$35
I just had your chocolate mousse pie. That was the best pie I have ever had!!
I don't like traditional pies so I have had a lot of different chocolate pies and this one was so, so good!!! Thanks! -Emily R.

Tastes like a Reese’s, fork it like a pie! You’ve never seen a peanut butter cup like this before! A chocolate shell crust is the base of your fluffy, creamy, salty peanut butter filling. Then more chocolate on the top as well as mounds of peanut butter candy cups! It will make you feel like a kid again.

Bringing back memories of childhood and making new ones at the same time. You’ll feel like a kid again after one bite of this nostalgic, classic strawberry toaster pastry inspired pie. Sweet strawberries will ooze out of a flaky, iced crust. Don’t forget the sprinkles!!

Is it a coconut cookie? Is it cheesecake? Yes and Yes. It’s both all layered into one scrumptious, smooth and salty bite. You’ll love the juxtaposition of the cold, creamy cheesecake and the buttery, brown-sugar-enrobed, coconut cookie. This one tastes like a perfect blend of texture, sugar, old memories and new, all wrapped into one!

It’s the fruity blackberry we all love but with a lovely added lemon zing to your tastebuds. Taking 3rd place in the Washington State Fair, you won’t be disappointed with this sweet summer staple any time of the year. Plus, my flaky crust is a must!!

Chewy, gooey and oozing out of a salty flake crust, this sweet-milk based caramel dessert is topped with a mountain of fresh bourbon-flavored whipped cream.

Just like the name implies, it’s rich, light and 100% indulgent. As it takes a tour of your mouth you might need a moment of privacy. And if that wasn’t enough, it’s topped with chocolate whipped cream and chocolate curls. Is this pie incredible? Oui!!

A pastry twist on an Italian classic. It might raise your heartbeat a little with its caffeine kick. This ladyfinger crust soaked in coffee pairs perfectly with the mascarpone cream and dusting of dutch cocoa. Mamma Mia!!

1st place in the 2018 Washington State Fair. The addition of rich, balsamic vinegar sets this strawberry rhubarb way ahead of the rest. Trust me, you'll love it.

Move over Girl Scouts, this ain’t no cookie. But it’s a fantastic way to get your fix with its shortbread crust, dreamy vanilla cream and fluffy whipped cream beginning. But that’s not the real magic!!!! It’s thrown right over the top with its thick layer of toasted coconut swimming in a pool of salty caramel sauce. And for sure there is a criss-cross drizzle of chocolate on top just to stick it to the scouts!!

Many a pie contest has been taken with this classic. I guess you’ll just have to try it and be the judge. Blackberries sandwiched in between two layers of the flakiest crust you’ll ever put in your mouth.

One of my favorite cookies and combinations in the world…it begins in with a sweet graham cracker crust, topped with a white chocolate cheesecake custard and then you throw on that layer of chewy caramel, a white chocolate cap and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar. I am not snickering, it’s seriously fantastic!

Silky, luxurious custard, lightly torched for that infamous, hard-crack, burnt caramel top. With an explosion of vanilla bean polka-dots, it’s simple but it’s anything but plain.

It’s essentially a beautifully soft cheesecake pillow with a tart but sweet, raspberry blanket. And I like to cradle it in a salty pretzel crust. You’ll want to climb in bed with the whole pie!!

It wouldn’t be the holidays without this special addition. Thick, rich custard loaded with nutmeg just like the original holiday beverage!

Blue/rasp/black. Triple the depth of flavor. Who doesn’t love a love triangle? It appeals to the masses because it’s berry good!!

Nature’s most perfect fruit creates the most perfect pie. This is guaranteed to be the best banana cream pie you’ll ever put past your lips. (But if you want to monkey with tradition and try and make this pie even more extravagant; add a layer of dulce de leche for $5 extra)

Aloha! This might be an automatic teleportation device to the big island. A coconut crust, a coconut custard and a toasted coconut spattering on top of whipped coconut cream. This 4-way confection is like 4 days in paradise.

This pie really only contains 4 ingredients…almonds, coconut, chocolate and joy. At least that’s all you’ll taste in this heavenly cream pie. A chewy, coconut candy layer and then a creamy coconut cream filling topped with a rich chocolate ganache. Add a layer of roasted almonds and piles of toasted coconut sprinkled on whipped cream dreams.

Always a crowd-pleaser in general but this version has a little extra umph. Toasted to heighten the nuttiness, it’s a little bit dark and a whole lot naughty.

Piled high, Granny Smiths are blanketed in a spicy, cinnamon blend that will warm you from your head to your toes. This tastes nothing like Marie Callender’s and every bit like hot apple cider on a cold winter night.

Tart & smooth, this dreamy citrus twist is served in a buttery, shortbread crust, topped with a sweet whipped cream and a lemon-lime zest. Nothing but sunshine and roses in a pie pan!!

One of my favorite combinations, I love this sweet coconut & tart lime custard. It's even more heavenly as it's topped with a cloud of fresh whipped cream and topped with toasted coconut and lime zest. It's bright and packs a punch!!

– Peppermint dreams are made of this. Pink and swirly this one is about as “holiday” as it gets. Crushed candy canes, chocolate pastry crust and peppermint cream swirls.

Coopie or maybe Picookie? It’s a cookie in a pie or a pie that’s almost a cookie?! Whatever you call it, here are the facts: homemade PB cookie dough, Reese’s peanut butter cups, marshmallow fluff and hot fudge and then more PB cookie dough. This is a great last chance treat if your diet starts Monday.

You and this pie were “mint” to be together and it will leave all your other senses green with envy. Chocolate morsels in a crème de menthe cloud and a few Andes for good measure. I like to think of this as mint chip ice cream’s cousin.

Make it a virgin!! You’ll love the texture of the pineapple infused toasted, coconut cream resting in this salty, shortbread crust. And of course, it’s served with bourbon whipped cream, an umbrella, and a cherry on top!

Fried pie crust filled with a dense ricotta cheese filling and topped with mini chocolate chips and crispy fried crumbs. Italian dessert, check!!
